Holy Family Services is seeking a student volunteer to serve on its Board of Directors and support the organization’s mission through active participation, planning, and fundraising efforts. This is an opportunity for a student interested in gaining experience in nonprofit leadership, community service, and organizational development.
Duties may include:
- Participating in Board of Directors meetings and activities
- Assisting with planning and organizing fundraising events
- Helping prepare and set up fundraising activities
- Supporting outreach and community engagement efforts
- Contributing ideas and assisting with organizational planning
- Supporting other Board-related activities as needed
Requirements:
- Interest in nonprofit organizations, community service, or leadership.
- Dependability and willingness to actively participate in board activities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- No previous board experience is required.
Scheduling
Board service will be conducted primarily virtually, with some in-person meetings as needed. Volunteers will receive at least two weeks’ notice for any in-person meetings or activities. Specific meeting dates and times will be coordinated directly with Holy Family Services.
