We are looking for volunteers for the Ben Milam Elementary Fall Festival this year. This Festival is a fundraiser for our school. It will take place at the school, 3800 N Main St. McAllen, TX 78501. I am looking for volunteers who would like to help serve the community on Oct. 22nd. We have different shifts for 90 minutes long. Volunteers can do 1, 2, or 3 shifts, whatever works with their schedule.
We need help with monitors/supervision & ticket takers at each inflatable, game, booth, etc. We also need help in directing people to the indoor (Adult) restrooms and gym (student) restrooms.
We would like for each organization/company, etc. to wear the same or similar t-shirts (ex. a UTRGV or organization shirt). If not, it's not a requirement. We would just like for our community to see who and which businesses/schools are involved in helping us put together this family event at our school. Thank you!
