The City of Alton will be hosting a Halloween Festival on Tuesday October 31, 2017 from 5:00 to 9:00 pm. This event is for children of all ages. Fun games available for all and a movie will be shown as well. Volunteers needed to assist with games.
Haunted House will operate from 5 to 9:00 pm. Volunteers needed to work inside the Haunted House.
