Late Pantry Shifts are available from 4:00 PM–7:00 PM on every 2nd and last Thursday of the month. Volunteers should meet at the Resource Center upon arrival, where staff will assign them to stations and provide instructions.
Tasks include:
- Assisting neighbors with receiving their pantry items
- Helping carry pantry items to vehicles as needed
- Assisting with keeping the pantry organized
- Supporting pantry operations as assigned by staff
Important Notes / Requirements:
- This is a double-hour opportunity
- Dress code: Comfortable and appropriate clothing; shorts are welcome as long as they are an appropriate length
- Not permitted: Crop tops, halter tops, or tank tops
- Closed-toe shoes are required for safety in the warehouse
- Volunteers are encouraged to bring water and stay hydrated, especially during the summer month
