The Outreach Director is responsible for helping Brisas de Esperanza build relationships within the community and increase awareness of the organization’s mission. This role focuses on developing partnerships, connecting with local businesses and organizations, and expanding community support efforts.
The Outreach Director works closely with leadership, fundraising, marketing, and client services to help strengthen the organization’s network and community presence.
Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners
- Help identify potential sponsors, donors, and collaboration opportunities
- Represent Brisas de Esperanza in a professional and positive manner
Partnership Development
- Assist in developing partnerships with hospitals, clinics, nonprofits, and community groups
- Help create and maintain a database of community contacts and resources
- Support sponsorship and collaboration outreach efforts
Awareness & Engagement
- Help increase awareness of Brisas de Esperanza within the community
- Assist with outreach campaigns, events, and community initiatives
- Support volunteer recruitment and community engagement efforts
Communication & Coordination
- Help draft outreach emails and communication materials
- Follow up with potential partners and sponsors
- Work closely with other departments to support organizational goals
Organizational Support
- Attend meetings and provide outreach updates
- Assist with community events and networking opportunities
- Help identify opportunities for organizational growth and visibility

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
