Description:
Brisas de Esperanza is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Latino children with terminal illnesses and their families. We are currently building our founding team and are looking for a reliable and organized Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director and assist with day-to-day coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and being involved in the growth of a nonprofit from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Director with scheduling and coordination
- Assist with organizing meetings and communications
- Help manage documents and basic administrative tasks
- Keep track of important information and follow-ups
- Support general team coordination
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and proactive
- Ability to commit a few hours per week
- Interest in nonprofit work and social impact
