Description:
Brisas de Esperanza is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Latino children with terminal illnesses and their families. We are currently building our founding team and are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Client Services Director to help guide how we support families in our community.
This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with families, understanding their needs, and helping coordinate support in a respectful and thoughtful way.
Responsibilities:
- Help identify families who may benefit from support
- Communicate with families in a respectful and empathetic manner
- Coordinate support efforts and available resources
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Help develop a simple process for assisting families
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion and sensitivity when working with families
- Interest in social impact and community service
- Ability to commit a few hours per week
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Additional Information:
This is a volunteer leadership position as the organization is in its early stages.
