AHSTI is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented volunteer to assist our Servicing Department during a critical time each month.
Each month, during the second week, our Servicing Department prepares and mails important statements and documents to our customers. This process is time-sensitive and essential to ensuring families receive the information they need without delays. With our current staffing needs, we’re looking for volunteers to help us stay on track.
As a volunteer, you’ll assist with hands-on tasks such as folding statements, inserting them into envelopes, sealing, and organizing outgoing mail. While simple, this work plays a critical role in supporting our mission and keeping our operations running smoothly.
The commitment would be approximately 2–3 hours per day for 3–5 days (in the mornings) during the second week of each month, depending on the workload.
Your time and effort will directly contribute to helping families receive timely communication and support from our organization.
