✨ Volunteer Call to Action – Latinx Health Summit & Cultural Festival 2025
The Latinx Health Summit & Cultural Festival is coming to downtown Brownsville on November 5-6, 2025, and we need passionate, reliable volunteers to help bring this vision to life!
Event Logistics Assistant – Summit (Nov 6 | 7 AM – 4 PM)
Shifts:
7 AM – 12 PM (includes breakfast, coffee, lunch)
12 PM – 4 PM (includes lunch)
Volunteer Duties (roles will be assigned upon arrival):
- Hospitality (refreshments & staff support): Provide drinks/food, support staff needs, and ensure attendees are comfortable
- Vendor & Exhibitor Support (health exhibitor fair): Help vendors set up and manage booths, answer attendee questions, and maintain organized spaces
- Stage & Program Support: Assist with stage setup, cue speakers, manage program flow, and support presenters
- General Ambassadors / Floaters: Provide general assistance wherever needed
