Founded in 1965 by Rev. Jose M. Aspiazu, O.M.I., San Juan Nursing Home serves the local and surrounding communities needing Rehab and Skilled Nursing Care. We are duly certified for Medicare and Medicaid. Our mission is to embrace the Healing Ministry of Christ. With deep respect for the sacredness and dignity of all persons, we commit ourselves to work diligently to enrich the lives of our residents ~ physically, spiritually, and socially. Our goal is to meet our resident’s needs in an individual, comprehensive and timely manner, to a quality standard that seeks to improve their overall health, social, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
What We Do
Specializing in Rehab, Short & Long Term Skilled Nursing Care Services & Programs include: IV Therapy, Wound Care, Wound Vac, Trache, BiPAP/CPAP, Colostomy, G-Tube, TPN, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy, VitalStim, LSVT & Guardian NMES Therapy, Restorative and Recreational Exercises, Activities, & Pastoral Care - with services six days a week, including Sunday Mass
