Brisas de Esperanza is seeking dedicated individuals to support the planning, organization, and coordination of fundraising and community events that advance the organization's mission of serving Latino children with life-threatening illnesses and their families.

Participants will collaborate with the Fundraising, Marketing, Outreach, and Volunteer teams to help organize successful events that increase community engagement, raise awareness, and strengthen support for the organization's programs. This opportunity provides valuable experience in nonprofit event planning, community relations, and project coordination while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating fundraising and community events. Support event logistics, setup, and operational planning. Collaborate with the Fundraising, Marketing, Outreach, and Volunteer teams. Help engage volunteers, sponsors, and community partners. Assist with event promotion and participant engagement. Contribute to initiatives that increase community awareness and support for Brisas de Esperanza's mission. Preferred Qualifications Passion for community service and nonprofit work. The Outreach Director is responsible for helping Brisas de Esperanza build relationships within the community and increase awareness of the organization’s mission. This role focuses on developing partnerships, connecting with local businesses and organizations, and expanding community support efforts.

The Outreach Director works closely with leadership, fundraising, marketing, and client services to help strengthen the organization’s network and community presence.

This role focuses on building relationships, increasing awareness, and helping connect the organization with the community.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and being involved in the growth of a nonprofit from the ground up.
