✨ Volunteer Call to Action – Latinx Health Summit & Cultural Festival 2025
The Latinx Health Summit & Cultural Festival is coming to downtown Brownsville on November 5-6, 2025, and we need passionate, reliable volunteers to help bring this vision to life!
Photography/Videography – Summit (EBridge Center | Nov 6)
Shifts in 4-hour blocks:
- 7 AM – 12 PM (includes breakfast, coffee, lunch)
- 12 PM – 4 PM (includes lunch)
Volunteer Duties & Expertise:
- Capture event photos and videos (sessions, activities, speakers)
- Bring own equipment or use provided gear
- Take initiative to cover multiple sessions efficiently
Perks & Attire:
- Complimentary entry during your shift
- Meals and refreshments provided
- Volunteer t-shirt + thank-you swag
- Certificate of community/clinic hours (if needed)
- Certificate of Appreciation
- Attire: Business casual with volunteer shirt and badge
