✨ Volunteer Call to Action – Latinx Health Summit & Cultural Festival 2025
The Latinx Health Summit & Cultural Festival is coming to downtown Brownsville on November 5–6, 2025, and we need passionate, reliable volunteers to help bring this vision to life!
Festival Support Assistant – Festival (Nov 6 | 3 PM – 10 PM)
Shifts:
3 PM – 7 PM (dinner + 1 drink)
6 PM – 10 PM (dinner + 1 drink)
Volunteer Duties (roles will be assigned upon arrival):
- Hospitality (guest support): Provide food/drinks, assist attendees, and support staff needs
- VIP Lounge (VIP only): Manage VIP area, assist VIP guests, and ensure the lounge runs smoothly
- Vendor & Exhibitor Support (Vendor Layout and support): Help vendors set up booths, maintain organized spaces, and assist guests as needed
- Stage & Silent Auction Support (performances + DJ support): Support stage setup, manage performances/DJ equipment, and help with silent auction logistics
- General Ambassadors / Floaters: Provide assistance wherever needed, answer questions, and ensure smooth event flow
