All McAllen Holiday Parade Volunteers must submit a volunteer application to SCanizales@mcallen.net
BANNER CARRIER – Banner Carriers must be 16 and over. Banner Carriers march in the parade carrying a banner for a float, sponsor or other parade element.

Background Checks:
As a condition of volunteering with the City of McAllen, you are required to undergo a background check (at no cost to the volunteer.) Failure to provide accurate or complete information on your application may result in your placement being denied
