What: This Halloween, help the South Texas Health System Children's bring the spirit of the season to the community with the first-ever curbside trick-or-treat event! The Edinburg World Birding Center will be decorating a pirate-themed booth and handing out candy as families drive by with their children. You will report to Becky Reyes at the address provided below. We encourage you to dress up, too!
