Join us in supporting South Texas's biggest health summit! We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist with our free community health summit at the Harlingen Convention Center.
Volunteers will play an important role in ensuring the event runs smoothly by assisting with event setup, attendee check-in, wayfinding, and general event coordination. This is a great opportunity for students interested in healthcare, technology, event management, or community service, as well as anyone looking to make a positive impact in the community.
Volunteer Shifts Available:
- Friday, August 14, 2026
Event Setup
*1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Assist with preparing the venue, setting up event materials, signage, registration areas, and other event spaces.
- Saturday, August 15, 2026
Day-of Event Operations
*7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Support attendee check-in, provide directions, assist with event logistics, and help ensure a positive experience for all participants.
