Latinx Voces is seeking dedicated volunteers to support an upcoming Compassion & Choices training focused on end-of-life planning and community conversations.
This is a more in-depth, extended training session that requires strong logistical support to ensure a respectful, organized, and engaging environment for all participants.
Key Responsibilities
Volunteers will play an active role in supporting the training, including:
- Event setup and participant check-in
- Creating a welcoming and respectful environment for attendees
- Distributing materials and supporting session flow
- Assisting facilitators with logistics and transitions throughout the training
- Supporting small group activities as needed (guidance, timing, materials)
- Helping manage time and overall flow of the session
- Providing general support to participants throughout the training
- Assisting with cleanup and breakdown
