At Good Samaritan, we want to set the best example for our students. Mentoring provides them with a positive adult role model in their life. Through a program that focuses on the 40 Developmental Assets set by the Search Institute, we target areas where our students might need extra attention. Students that show signs of risk are paired with a mentor. By engaging with our students, our mentors will demonstrate these assets, like integrity and goal setting. Mentors must be at least 18 and obtain a GED or high school diploma.
