About Us
Tu Salud ¡Si Cuenta! (Your Health Matters!) is evidence-based, collaborative, innovative, results-driven, and focused on improving health outcomes. What began in Brownsville, Texas, as a movement to address alarmingly high rates of obesity and diabetes has gained momentum and spread to neighboring cities across Cameron County and beyond, resulting in healthier individuals, families, and communities!
We need volunteers to visit FREE Tu Salud ¡SíCuenta! exercise classes throughout the Rio Grande Valley and give feedback on their experience. We offer a variety of classes such as Pilates, Strength and Conditioning, Zumba, TRX, Bootcamp, Yoga, and many more. Audits will occur between Sunday, June 16th –and Saturday, July 13th.
