Role Descriptions:

Registration: Welcome and check in attendees, issue lanyards, assist walk-ins, and monitor room capacity. Be the friendly first point of contact and ensure a smooth start for each session. Setup Crew: Prepare the venue before sessions begin, arrange tables and chairs, restock food and drinks, and ensure all spaces are ready for workshops and panels. Breakout Room Host: Test A/V equipment, introduce speakers, manage Q&A, track attendance, and reset the room after each session. Must stay for the full session to ensure consistency and support.
