Volunteer: Community S’mores and Movie Night – Event Setup & Hospitality SupportHelp Be Still Ministry prepare, host, and close out a fun community S’mores and Movie Night at Romero Castle Garden Sanctuary! Volunteers will support event setup, food and S’mores preparation, marketing, guest hospitality, activity stations, and cleanup throughout the day. Available shifts include: 9 AM–12 PM: Marketing, event promotion, Programs Station setup, and supply organization.12–3 PM: Indoor marshmallow-making, inflatable chair setup, and workspace cleanup.3–6 PM: S’mores and dessert preparation, Snack Bar setup, signage, and equipment preparation.6–9 PM: Final event setup, guest welcome, S’mores & Snack Bar stations, popcorn, Programs Station, and event support.9–10 PM: Full event cleanup, equipment storage, food breakdown, trash removal, and final grounds walkthrough.Volunteers should be prepared to work as part of a team and help wherever needed during their assigned shift. Closing volunteers must remain until all food, equipment, trash, and event materials have been properly taken care of and the grounds have been checked.
