The Trunk or Treat is an event held each year to support the work of the South Texas Juvenile Diabetes Association ,and raise awareness about the needs of children with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes in our community.
Diabetic children are a special group of individuals who live everyday with challenges unique to them. This organization was started by parents of diabetic children as a support system and advocacy group that helps both diabetic children and their families.
