Operation Border Health Preparedness is an event open to several communities to receive FREE healthcare services.
This event will take place July 24-28 from 8:00 am-3:30 pm
Volunteers are needed to assist in maintaining an informational booth on Tobacco Cessation.
Tasks will include:
- Distributing informational pamphlets/promotional items
- Registering patients for the Tobacco Help Line
- Answering patient's questions
- Daily set-up/breakdown of booth
*Training will be Provided*
Volunteer hours are 7:30 am-4:00 pm with a lunch break.
Lunch can be taken on or off-site; volunteers are responsible for their lunch.
Dress code is casual: neat appearance, solid colored shirt, comfortable footwear (preferably closed shoes), NO SHORTS
