Who We Are
We focus in delivering orders that a physician, patient and hospital or social agency may have for their patients. All services are coordinated between our home health professionals and the physician, so we must obtain specific orders from the physician for patient care. Anyone is eligible for a free home health evaluation to determine their need for services. For Hospice Care, we provide comprehensive medical, social, emotional support and spiritual resources for people in need of end-of-life care in the comfort of their homes, or assisted living centers. We offer medical care with focus on pain and symptom control, medication, medical equipment and supplies, respite care for the family and caregivers and also a Volunteer team.
What We Do
We are 3 agencies under one umbrella, Home Health, Providers Services and Hospice, the volunteers will interact with answering the phones, filling, software used in the medical field and clinical information and diagnosis on illnesses and terminal. Focus is on medical clerk duties.
