Our mission is to improve the quality of life and promote self sufficiency of the low income "and vulnerable households of Hidalgo County by providing effective, efficient, and comprehensive services through partnerships and direct funding."
What We Do
The County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency through a community action approach provides an array of emergency services for income eligible clients residing in Hidalgo County. Such services include utility assistance, referrals and linkages with a network of social service organizations, intake and needs assessments, and presentations for in service training or staff meetings.
