We are a free Texas Home Visiting program for first-time moms who live in Hidalgo or Willacy County.
What We Do
We pair first-time moms with a caring and specially trained registered nurse during pregnancy and until her baby is 2 years old. Through flexible telehealth visits, nurse home visitors and families connect and become empowered.
